Lawsuit Filed Against Charter Communications LLC Following Motor Vehicle Accident

Tampa, FL (May 30, 2025) – Black Rock Trial Lawyers, on behalf of their client, Gianni Entai Victorino, have filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, against Charter Communications LLC, stemming from a motor vehicle accident.

The complaint alleges that on November 8, 2022, Mr. Victorino was operating his vehicle southbound on North Keene Road in Pinellas County when a vehicle operated by an employee of Charter Communications, while in the course of their employment, negligently turned into Mr. Victorino’s path, causing a collision.

The lawsuit states the Charter Communications employee was operating a company-owned vehicle at the time of the incident. Mr. Victorino, who was driving a separate vehicle, was allegedly in the left turn lane with a solid green arrow when the collision occurred.

As a result of the accident, Mr. Victorino allegedly sustained serious and permanent injuries. The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $50,000 for bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, inconvenience, physical impairment, loss of earnings, aggravation of existing conditions, and medical expenses.

The complaint includes a count of vicarious liability against Charter Communications. Mr. Victorino is demanding a trial by jury and seeking a judgment against the defendant for the damages sustained.
