Lawsuit Filed Against Luna Automation for Fraud and Misappropriation of Funds

Tampa, FL – March 19, 2025 – Black Rock Trial Lawyers has filed a lawsuit against Luna Automation, LLC, on behalf of Maria Isabel Calderon Suazo, alleging breach of contract and misappropriation of funds. The lawsuit claims a significant financial loss due to the defendant’s failure to fulfill contractual obligations after receiving an advance payment of $198,500 for services related to managing Amazon storefronts.

While Luna Automation established the storefronts, they did not complete essential tasks such as registering the plaintiff’s company, setting up a bank account, and managing operations. Investigations revealed that the defendant has reportedly misappropriated funds from multiple clients in similar arrangements. The lawsuit seeks full compensation for losses incurred, including the recovery of the initial investment and other damages.
Black Rock Trial Lawyers is committed to ensuring justice for the plaintiff in this case.
